![]() Someday when I require a new computer I'll do more thorough research about my new PC to heighten my odds of not running into any complications with the system. Yup, I'll just enjoy the games that I can play without graphical issues which is plentiful there's only a few games in my library that have very weird issues. All seemed to be well on my end, confirming this is a system-specific issue. This is a funny computer, it's a good one but it's a really weird one for unusual problems like this lol It would certainly seem that way if you do not yet know what the source of a particular problem on it is, that much I can say.Īnyway, I checked my copy of the game, and was not able to reproduce the incorrectly-rendered textures at the settings listed. Hopefully it may also help with a separate problem with some other games involving locked resolution. I will try this out and do some research. Good sir or madame you may have possibly just given me some very VERY helpful info thank you so much. If no issues were reported by the check, something else is possibly at work. Hang on, I was just reminded of something. The textures look worse than N64 graphics no matter what settings are on so I gave up and just uninstalled it from this computer to free up 45GB and just booted up my previous computer which was Windows 8 and Bioshock Infinite worked fine. My computer has been able to run a handful of high end really pretty games but Bioshock Infinite is glitchy. Originally posted by Belthazar:I set them to medium and then to high and the graphics didn't change that's the issue here. ![]() Windows should perform an integrity check of the System32 directory and report and repair any problems found by it. To check for and maybe fix this issue, hit Start key+X, Click on Command Prompt (Admin), and type the sfc /scannow command. There is a form of OS corruption that can occur following a major OS version release of Windows 10, where two instances of the GPU driver are detected and the OS does not know which to use. I set them to medium and then to high and the graphics didn't change that's the issue here. This game is 7 years old, you should be able to play it on higher settings unless you have an old computer or no video card.
